Course Marshals:
Keeping the runners on track: Course marshals will help guide the runners safely along the race route. You will be required to be in place 15 minutes before the start of the race and to remain at your designation marshal point until your lead marshal advises it is safe for you to leave your position. Marshals should also be available to assist runners in difficulty during the race by alerting first aid to assist them.
Car Park Marshals:
Perfect for those who like a straight line: Before the race we require eager volunteers to assist with parking all competitors efficiently in the designated parking areas. This role is great for someone also looking to run the race as all duties should be finished around 15 minutes before the start of the event. You will need to be there 2 hours before the start time of the event.
Finish Line Volunteers:
Greet the runners as their complete their challenge: As competitors pass through the finish line you will be responsible for handing out their medals, goodies bags or water together with assisting anyone in need to first aid to the medical staff and ensuring a smooth transition of the competitors away from the finish area to their friends and family.
