Run Cheshire announce a new route for the Helena Tipping Wrexham 10k for 2020
For next year we will be increasing the capacity for this race to allow us to take more entries than in previous years.
Demand for places on the fast course of the Helena Tipping Wrexham 10k has steadily grown and for the first time in 2020 we will be changing the route to allow us to put road closures in place and increase the capacity of the race.
The new safer route will take runners away from the industrial estate and out in the rural villages surrounding Wrexham whilst still maintaining a flat fast course perfect for PB chasers and 10k lovers alike.
Places for the first running of the new course will be strictly limited to 1000 however due to our ongoing partnership with Isy Coed Community Council and the local residents we are confident this race can grow to be one of the best 10k events in North Wales.
In celebration of the new route we will also be unveiling a new medal design and charity partner early in the new year.
